Refund policy

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are free for UK buyers. International buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

To start a return, email sales@jennycommunications.co.uk or call 01803 341986 with your order number. Please pack the item securely, with all the parts and accessories it came with. Once the item arrives back with us and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

12-month warranty

If an item develops a fault within 12 months of you receiving it, we'll replace it, or refund you if we have no replacement in stock. We pay the return postage on faulty items for both UK and international buyers.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid spills, incorrect installation or programming, or misuse. If we test a returned item and find no fault, or the fault isn't covered, you'll be charged the cost of the return postage and the cost of sending the item back to you.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
